Return Policy We must receive e-mail notification of your intent to return any wedding gown or other merchandise within 2 days of delivery. We will then provide you with a return authorization number which must accompany your return merchandise. We cannot accept returns on custom gowns. All returned items must be received in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging. We must receive any returns within 15 days of the date you inform us of your intent to return the merchandise. In addition, you will be responsible for any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees. For international shipments the buyer is responsible for all customs and duty charges. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exchange Policy Unfortunately we are unable to provide exchanges on our dresses since they are custom made for you. If you are uncertain of your size it is recommended that you have someone take your measurements and you complete the custom size portion when ordering your dress, including your measurements. We have a free shipping policy on orders over $150.00 which are shipped anywhere in North America, excluding Hawaii and Alaska, provided that the customer chooses the basic shipping method for their location. We ship by UPS, Priority Worldwide/FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc., dependent on the service provided in your area. We do not charge taxes on international orders. However, we are located in Canada and when the item is delivered to another country there may be taxes or duty fees charged by your local government. We advise all international buyers to check in their own area to determine what these rates and fees may be. The buyer is ultimately responsible for payment of these fees. All merchandise is inspected closely prior to being shipped. If your merchandise arrives damaged you must let us know within two days of delivery. After notifying us, we must receive the damaged goods within 15 days. If we find that the merchandise is not defective or has been misused in any way, it will be shipped back to you. Figuratively Speaking will incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise, but will not incur shipping charges if the merchandise is found to be misused or not damaged. |
